Basically with just using Test E on its own , will i bulk up and put on good muscle mass and keep it after ?

your cycle is fine and pct is alittle lacking, i would use clomid and kessar as pct,remember to use your pct 30days after your last shot so the test e ester leaves the body...yes u will gain good muscle if your diet is right.
