Like Vision said, you in the right place. Now, just give some background on your stats training and goals you would like to accomplish and maybe juice is suggested and maybe not. It all depends on what you would like to acheive and so on. What is your diet like. My advice is, lets first see where you are and where you would like to be and then address what needs to be changed and done. Let us know and we can advise around that.

It is not what car you drive, but the size of the arm hanging out the window.

My stats is as follows:

Age : 22
Height : 1.85 m
Weight : 83kg
Body fat : Last time I checked between 11 - 13%

Been training for about 3,4 years on and off. When I started out to train I weighed in about 70kg and over the years I picked up some weight but I didnt use any supstances only gained with my diet. My diet can surtainly do with improving...I eat about 5 -7 meals a day taking in about 120gr protein, calories 3000, carbs 100gr...

My goals are not to be the next Mister Olympia, but I would like to get my wieght in on about 95Kg with a lean look! I have reseached for a while and seen alot of beginner Cycles...but for a person with not that much experience its hard to know which is the right one! Im very interested in staking something with deca as I heard, deca doesnt have that many side affects!?!?! Thought of D bol, but I have a bad skin problem history and as I was told by some guys who have used Dbol it can be very bad for the skin...But on the other side it great for gaining weight and strenght.

Have any of you guys used PGW stuff...? Im kean on trying out their gear!?!?! (looking to start cycle in June.)

Any advice on a Cycle and PCT would be greatly appreciated!

My opinion would be to get ur diet 100% with 130 grams of Protein u wont grow. give it another year of training naturally tehn consider a cycle imo

No Preservatives. 100% Juice

I second Mxt's comment.

120gr of prot and 100gr of carbs definitely does not equate to 3000 kCals....Maths??
Please go and look at the string on calory intake under the heading: dieting. There is a wealth of information I supplied to this site's users on how to work out and compose a diet.
I suggest Admin take all the relevant info from this string and save it somewhere for us to refer new users to in order for them to have this info on hand. It is just too large a subject to start all over discussing it again. And it is a very regular and important question new guys constantly ask. I would like to see all new users tour through this info, before asking us what juice he or she should use. Diet will make you grow more than any juice cycle out there..
On your PCT information: there was a framework I supplied not too long ago, have a look at it. I think MXT? supplied a PCT Calculator at some stage, giving you the accurate half lives of certain injectables and when to start your PCT treatment.

Welcome to the site - be wide-eyed and bushy-tailed and you'll learn a lot more here than on any other site. The info here is not of bulshit-grade...

Thank you for the advice!

At first i felt a bit put off by the advice...But i then decided to have a read through the forum and the advice you gave me was spot on! I realised that you guys really know what youre doing and most of you have years of experience in the field! Hat´s off!!!

Like the Doc says "Knowledge is power!" and there is still so much i need to learn before i can even think of using gear! But i am open and kean on learning from you guys!!!

Im gonna take the time to get my diet and training sorted...I have read about the AST Max-OT training program. Is this program also advised for "beginners"?
I am struggling to put together a proper mass gaining diet...Does anybody have an example or internet link (dont wanna take up too much of you guys time!) where i could research, of what a good diet should look like?

I know the quiestions i ask have been asked alot, but i hope someone has some time to help!

I want to do it right from the bottom up...!

Thanks a Million!
