Maybe, I don't know. If we don't hear from you again it was not the same brand we were talking about...
A glass of water will do better. What if you accidentally squeeze 1ml into your mouth? Clen is not something to take chances with... 90% of bodybuilders that drop dead got their clen dosage wrong.

Will do, used oral Clen before What duration do you like best to use it? some say 6-10 weeks and 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. I would like to use it over a period over 10 weeks (5weeks on in total, 5weeks off in total) with BetaSleep just to make sure my receptors are clean. The reason I want to do this long duration is, because it keeps me motivated.
