Is 20mg GW505156 elke dag genoeg?Ek kry cravings elke keer so 15 minute voor my volgende ete.Het ook so ligte bewerasie,maar dis seker net die ECA wat werk,het heeltemal swartkoffie uitgesny.

Ek het issues met die GW en sy gevare. Daar is geen onvraagbare feite nie so al wat ek sĂȘ wees versigtig tot daar is.

Op die oomblik is my macros as volg:
Carbs -111g
Fat -54g
Protein. -227g
(calories -1900)

ECA Bomb 2 caps ED (Oggend en voor training)
GW501516 20mg. ED
Drink preworkout(18g carbs) en bcaa's maar die carbs van die preworkout is ingesluit by my dieet.
1h30min weights 5x week
30min cardio 4x week

Is altyd doodmoeg na gym so iets werk.
Het nog nie na die skaal gekyk nie,sal oor so week en dan updates opsit.

Maar jy gaan mos carb cycle so jou Carbs gaan drop en styg? Wat is jou carbs op high days en wat is dit op low days? Vir n ou wat skoon is sal ek nie sommer vet onder 70g vat nie dit help met hormone en so meer. Jy is mos 24?

Yeah not good to be under BMR rate so soon into a cut so if fat loss stalls we have nothing left to cut.

BMR is 1935 calories,so dit wil se met training en cardio is ek onder BMR?moet Calories met 800-900 vermeerder en afbring as ek sien my liggaam staan stil.

I just calculated your maintenance to be 3000 I used 5 days training per week I came to 3000 calories for maintenance.

Good starting point for you for fatloss would be 2400 calories stick to that for two weeks and see how you go if you stall them get re tested give me accurate body fat and weight and we take it from there I used 18% body fat for now now as we all think we are leaner than we realy are until we have it acurately measured.

You mentioned earlier you get jittery I see you say you take two ECA Capsules at once pre training pal that is dangerous and likely your cause take one cap pre training on a empty stomach first thing in the morning take the second one 30 minutes before lunch. Remember to drink more than 2 litres of water a day.

Jy is reg BMR is Basal Metabolic Rate dis jou metabilisme se spoed as jy net le en niks doen nie. So jou BMR is waarskynlik soos jy se ek het nie gekyk nie jou maintenance is 3006 om presies te wees jou BMR is laer as jou maintenance dit is so met ons almal my maintenance is 2500.

Ek kry jou BMR as 2035

Ek weet rear delts sukkel so ek oefen hulle eerste in my skouer workout ek doen bent over rear delt met palms na mekaar toe 4 sets 15 12 10 8 en dan palms wat agter toe wys met dumbbells dan doen ek die rear delts op die reverse peck deck machine palms af 15 12 10 8 en dan met palms binne toe ook 15 12 10 8.
