Can any one spare some advise...pweeze.

My dream is to enter in miss fitness...in a year or 2. im already putting in 2h a day, my diet is perfect and im only a quater of what i should be looking like after 9 months of working my ass off..im currenlty on usn diet fuel and phedra cut non stimulent. unfortunatly im sensitive to high thermogenic stimulints. ARE THERE ANY PRODUCTS THAT ANY ONE CAN SUGGEST TO HELP ME HAVE THE ULTIMATE LEAN BODY LIKE MISS FITNESS? :woohoo:

Hmm.

I know this might sound wrong, but are you sure your diet is spot on? What makes you look like Miss Fitness is number 1 diet / number 2 exercise and number 3 rest, then all the supplements on top of that.

2 hours a day is allot to put in for any person, specially for long peroids of time, the body starts to take some serious strain.

I'm not the best person to advise on fat burners as I'm one of those lucky ones that have an extremely fast metabolism.

Other members will be ale to advise better in this regard, just hang in there. Maybe what you can do in the mean time is post your diet (100% truthful) :) and your stats.

Agreed with pump, show us what your diet looks like at the moment as well as maybe your training routine and lets take it from there.

your diet wont be perfect if you are putting in 2 hours a day and not getting results,it looks to me that you are over training and under eating maybe which will give you no results,post up your stats and i will look at your diet.

ok sure i really appreciate the advise :blush: hmm i have been gyming for 10 months now commited, however i had an operation in jan so wasnt allowed to exercise for three months...
But im struggleing to sculpt my body...
weight is 58kg
height 1.57
BF 22% (calliper)
exercise weight 5kg
I stick to a strict low GI diet.
7am half slice whole wheat toast and low fat cheese & usn diet feul.
7.30 gym (1.5h resistance)
9.30 breakfast jungle oats with apple and cinimon.
13.00 chicken breast salad with low fat salad dressing
15.00 diet feul and banana
16.00 30min cardio
19.00 beef stirfry on brown rice
This is a typical day for me
then on a mon, wed, fri is resistnce training and tue and thur is 1h cardio.
So i dont really understand where im going wrong...so please feel free to advise..

i have highlighted where you are going wrong,your diet is far from perfect. have carbs 3 times a day,morning pre work out,and post work out and then the meal after that,thats all the carbs done for the day, then have proteins + veggies and healthy fats for the rest of the day

Thanx thats helpfull, so basicly your saying no carbs after lunch time? and what supplements would you suggest rather than dietfeul im really serious bout the competeing thing but just dnt no how to go about the right supplements... :silly:
