I stick to a strict low GI diet.
7am half slice whole wheat toast and low fat cheese
7.30 gym (1.5h resistance)
9.30 breakfast jungle oats with apple and cinimon. where is the protein here?
13.00 chicken breast salad with low fat salad dressing(how many grams of chicken?)
15.00 diet feul and banana: rather use whey and some sweet potato/brown rice,drop banana and diet fuel
16.00 30min cardio
19.00 beef stirfry on brown rice
This is a typical day for me
then on a mon, wed, fri is resistnce training and tue and thur is 1h cardio.
So i dont really understand where im going wrong...so please feel free to advise..
