Sounds about right but why would he say keto is bad? I've used it in the past to cut and had incredible results

Cool vid! The guy kept it simple. 1200g of carbs a day is impressive. 900g during his normal diet. The guy must be carrying around allot of muscle to need so much fuel

For anyone who hasn't read it yet, go look around for an article he wrote on back training. Always good stuff from Dorian.

So we know training fasted is detrimental but what about training in the morning with just 40 grams of whey and excluding carbs for fat loss. Is this a good idea or is the carbs necessary pre workout to prevent catabolism

Low intensity cardio once or twice a week in a fasted state is excellent if you want to cut down. Not so sure if it is a good thing if you do weight training in a fasted state

If you going to do weights in a fasted state, not a great idea. Rather have some oats with your whey

Well, theres this product called Humapro I think. From what I heard its just a crap load of amino acids but what some people are saying is that because it contains all the required aminos that it forms protein but without the calories. The shake is calorie free but gives the same benefits of having a protein shake. These guys are taking 60g of this in the morning and then doing their weight sessions in the AM.

They've reported loss of fat but seem to be progressing just the same as far as strength and size. The diet is all the same but they gym in the morning after a calorie free amino shake. Most of them also follow the Mountain Dog Diet which isn't low on calories. I don't know how true any of this is about Humapro but these are massive okes gyming first thing in the morning after just this shake.
