Hahaha my vriende en verloofde spot en se ek is amper so breed as wat ek lank is my middel is nou darm weer n 34 ek mik vir 32 maar sal baie happy wees met n 28.

Ek wens Furk wil weer n bietjie opkom sal like om hom te wys hoeveel het my Delts verbeter dit was altyd n swakpunt op my lyf tot ek besef het dit help nie ek shoulde press my ligaams gewig nie dit maak nie daai mooi capped ronde delts nie streng form en hoe reps wat die pupm jaag op side lateral raises dis waar die ding le en daar help my krag my niks want ek max uit op 15kg in hand

Kyk bodybuilding is oor prioritize. As iets agter die res is maak hulle priority as jy voel hulle is nie meer styf of seer nie train hulle weer. Ek weet rear delts sukkel so ek oefen hulle eerste in my skouer workout ek doen bent over rear delt met palms na mekaar toe 4 sets 15 12 10 8 en dan palms wat agter toe wys met dumbbells dan doen ek die rear delts op die reverse peck deck machine palms af 15 12 10 8 en dan met palms binne toe ook 15 12 10 8.

My skouers voel gebreek vandag.Moet se ek dink die GW begin werk want ek recover gou tussen sets.Vandag is dit bene.Gewoontlik het ek n cheat meal(30 stukke sushi) gevat voor bene maar ek dink ek gaan dit los nou wat ek probeer sny.

Kyk bene is rof so as n mens carb cycle stel ek voor doen bene en rug op high carb days met n low carb day en n ander spier tussen in.

Soos vandag vat dan 15 stukke n uur of 2 voor bene en werk die ander 15 in op jou post workout meal wees slim oor dit maak jou cheats werk vir jou doelwitte sit dit in net een keer n week en so in n pre of post workout meal maar werk dan vir dit.

Het jy iets anders vir skouers gedoen of hoe? Laat wert my hoe vat jy jou GW en ECA nou en hoe en wanneer oefen jy? Split jy weights en cardio of doen jy dit saam?

Ek het vir skouers baie gefokus op agter skouers en "lig" gegaan en baie supersets.

Hier is wat ek nou vandag gaan eet
05:45 (30min cardio + BCAA's)(10mg gw)
07:00 (Meal 1-Blackmass @60g+50g oats+piesang)
10:00 (Meal 2-200g hoender+ 200g broccoli/green beans)
12:20 (Meal 3-6 eiers(1 yolk))
16:15 (meal 4-200g Mince+200 patat)
16:45 (GW10mg en ECA)
17:15 (Workout + Pre workout(18g carbs)
18:45 (Whey iso @28,5g)
20:00 (250g hoender+halwe avo)

Gewoontlik split ek weights en cardio maar as ek die dag vergeet het of moeg voel doen ek dit na weights.


Yes ek het al daarna gekyk,ek weet net nie lekker hoe om dit by my carb cycle in te stel nie.Dis hoekom ek maar net ynlik wou sny op sy manier teen 2400 calories (600 onder maint) en dan so 3 cardio sessies per week om mee te begin.

Jou plan om te sny op sy manier sal ook werk jy sal sien in daai diet praat hy ook van om elke 2 weke of so te weeg en te adjust soos jy vorder

Als klink en lyk goed daar ek like net nie die idee van die black mass as jy try sny nie maar as jy calories en macros track en als is in range kan jy dit daar hou en meer jy vorder werk ons dit uit na n maand of so en replace met whey

Ekt seker nog 4 of 5 potte WheyIso wat ek maar nou sal begin gebruik terwyl ek cut.Die black mass vat ek net 2 servings per week op bene en bors.

Onthou dan 1 oggend en een nie later as 15:00 nie op die laatste 16:00 ek persoonlik kan nie ECA of Clen later as 14:00 vat nie anders slaap ek nie

Ja dis fine maar onthou dis maar beter met enige ding om kleiner en meer gesplit te vat. Ek split myne altyd 10mg oggend met opstaan en dan weer 10mg laat middag of vroeg aand
