His guys. If you had to do the begginer bulking cycle of test cyp and dbol, And you used 500mg per week instead of 250mg a week will pct 1 still be good enough to follow or would i have to up the nolva, clomid or HCG??

IMO I would add the HCG. So it will be tamofixen, clomiphene and HCG. Even if the test was low I'd still add HCG. I never do a pct without it

The beginner bulking cycle suggests 250mg of Test Cyp every 4 days so thats 500mg per week in any case? Like MCJ said, stick to hCG, better safe than sorry bud.

Would it be better to run the 250mg every 4 days or is it better to run the 500mg every 7 days?? What would yield the best results?

U could either take 250mg every 4 days OR 250mg on Mondays and Thursdays OR 500mg once a week (every 7 days). Personally I prefer the 250mg on Mon and Thurs.

If I were to run Test Cyp, I would also do the same as MCJ. Many guys have said they have done this for their Test Cyp cycles. Like MCJ said, 500mg can be done once per week because it's a long ester, but common practice is Mondays and Thursdays to maintain blood plasma levels (or Tuesdays & Fridays etc etc).

I would get some adex on hand just in case. 375mg had no sides, 500mg got me with water retention and gyno. Dbol isnt going to make that any better either.
Its expensive but worth having it when you see your feet swollen up like your Grandmothers.

The only problem is that my supplier cant get me arimidex, What other ai is very good if gyno does show up.

It takes about two weeks to reach peak blood levels. But Letro is very potent and harsh on ur system. U also don't need a lot at all. A LP bottle will last 2 cycles + depending on the cycle and dosages. Its easy to overdo letro

It does take awhile before complete suppression of estrogen is experienced, but it will still help reduce estrogen from the first day of usage. It will just take longer then Arimidex before complete effects are experienced.

Do i start with the letro from first pin then,and do i use 2 drops EOD throught the whole 12 weeks while on the test? And will that also help prevent gyno?

start 2 weeks before first pin.. ya you can run throughout, but it may make you feel shit, if so then just stop it and use it if it is needed.. I just ran it for about 7 weeks I think and I have never been so miserable ha ha.. My dosages were higher though, at 2 drops eod I didn't really mind it..

Hi greg, I'm currently on this cycle just finished my first vail and I'm on end of week 5.did get some water retontion from the dbol, but after I came off it went away graually. Doent seem like I'm retaining any water from the test as yet (mabey I will later on) but if its your firts cycle I'd say leave the letro at first,BUT DO KEEP IT CLOSE! Think my dody is handeling the test pretty well as I'm losing BF not retaining water yet and no other sides showing either, mabey a bit of anger, but I am a moody person in general. My weight accually dropped 1.5kg at a week and a half after I finished the dbol. Getting good lean gains.

Thanks allot Waldu, im thinking about getting adex instead of the letro and keeping that Close incase of gyno. Im glad the water retention goes away when you finished with it, because that was my main concern as i just lost 19kg so did not wanna look bloated but if its only for 4 weeks then i have no problem. Keep is up Waldu
