Pump whilst chewing was created by steroido

hey i was chewing biltong yesterday and i got this massive pump-like effect in my chewing muscle (the ones besides the eyes) and i couldn't even chew anything anymore for like a couple of minutes.
just thought it was funny.

lol good one. actually bought it in SterLand. was kinda tough...i was afraid i' lld grow permanent biceps on my head

there was guy a few years ago on bodybuilding.com who actually got this suspicious growth on the side of his face which turned out to be new muscle ...

turned out the guy was a big steroid user and only chewed his food on the one side of his mouth ...

It subsides after a while, but yes - people were niticing and laughing. I think it happens when BP is a bit high and youve chowed a bit too much salt? Biltong?
