Am I on the right track? was created by shudder
Hi guys

Really enjoying reading and absorbing info and making notes in this forum. My interest started at the gym with other guys chatting about gains - me always being critical about their cowboy attitude to chemicals in the body, and their lack of a scientific approach to it. Guys will just "take some stuff" and know nothing about cycles, PCT, etc..

Been reading here and on int. sites for some time now, and have decided to start a cycle. From what I have read the " Lean mass cycle 1 (Beginner) " seems to have the combination of things I need.

Would like to get a few opinions from the guys on here about that cycle for my situation.

My stats:

27, male - 90kg, 195cm - active my whole life - currently training 6 times per week - cardio & weights. Diet is good and clean 6 meals per day. Don't smoke or drink alcohol.

Supplements: Using EAS products - Myoplex Shakes (3 pd), bars for snacks and EAS Muscle Armor to help with recovery. Never taken "gear" before.

Not looking to explode, just add strength, get off my plateau. I am sure I can get gear (nomad) through some guys at gym (although I read that Nomad labs is not as good as PGW or LP), but I will ask around there for those brands rather.

Do you guys think this cycle would suit me?

Thanks in advance, and if ppl are interested, will post my progress here.

Diet-wise I wake up at 5 have an apple or banana - then after an hour of field exercise I have an EAS protein shake Meal replacement (42gr protein, 25g carbs) at about 10 I have a big bowl of oats. Lunch around 1 is a big tin of tuna or some steak or fish with sweet potato or potato with some veg or salad. Gym in the afternoon followed by another shake after. Supper always different, but always hi protein with carbs and veggies. Through the day I drink lots of water - about 3-4 litres.
Never eat junk food or sugary stuff - also dont drink alcohol.
I snack with EAS bars and fruit if hungry in the day.

Hope that's what you need.

well thats not enough protein to be honest.i'd also drop the fruit and substitute the fruit for more complex carbs. something along the lines of this
5am
bowl of oats + whey

post training
eas shake

mid morning
oats and egg whites

lunch
steak/chicken + potato/sweet potato

post work out
eas myoplex

dinner
chicken/fish/steak
veg

pre bed, whey protein and cottage cheese or a casein based protein.

You vaguely on the beaten track but Dj is right you are only consuming enough protein to barely maintain your existing structure let alone provide enough raw material to get your body to grow new tissue!

You got to up it along djs lines!
