You have addresed the androgenic side but need to add in some anabolics to balance up your aas regime,

Your body fat is more on the high side so you should consider some hardening agents which are found more on the anabolic side such as , winstrol, primabolan, or anavar, if you want even more size without the bloat add some equipoise, deca, masteron or trenbolone.

You must decide what direction you want to move in however you must address that body fat issue first and as dj said that cant be accomplished without the correct macronutrient intake and cardiovascular training program.perhaps add in some thermo genics like e c a or clen etc, but no. 1 is your diet you can take all the drugs in the world and if you are chowing macky dees daily and icecream milkshakes all you gonna check is the flab.

Diet , diet and more diet,

Goodluck

I like test only cycles, but would recommend single esters. Keep the blends for when you are more experienced. Like DJ said, diet and training is the key, the test is only the activator.

It is not what car you drive, but the size of the arm hanging out the window.

i agree with Netro ...

especially for your first cycle .... you really should have put a lot more homework into this before just diving into it. Your body fat is a bit on the high side which makes gauging calorie intake a bit tricky.

if i was you , i'd turn this into a Test only cutting cycle ... at least 40 mins of cardio in the morning , and then 20 minutes in the evening + your weight training which i would keep to higher sets and repetitions.

clean your diet up , or else you're going to really hate this cycle.

i agree with wot on the cardio thing, but the high rep range i recon is slightly a myth, this might actually lead to over training to be honest,i have been there recently, with a low caloire diet ended up forcing me into over training and ended up catching a nasty nasty stomach infection as my immune system was driven into the ground. i would stick at 3-4sets per exercise,8-10reps(this is still quite intense if the weights are heavy enough) and then 3 exercises for each muscle group... rather slightly under train then over train...then do 20mins of cardio done post work out,u can do incline walking which i find nice as it burns the hamstrings and calves. just my 2cents.

i hear you bro ... it is personal opinion based on my own training.

when i do lower rep ranges with heavier weight i find my appetite goes through the roof. I find it much easier to drop bodyfat % with hihger rep ranges and lots of super sets thrown in ... that plus HIIT cardio and the fat just falls off.

yea i hear u bro,it does make u hungry, but super sets + cardio = cool. but if u also throwing in morning cardio with out a properly worked out diet is gonna make this poor kid stop dropping fat and actually force his body into a state of over training. i believe that super setting and loads of cardio should be done by more experienced guys who seriously know their bodies and their nutrition really really well...cutting calories is good but over doing the training with the cutting calories is gonna force the body into starvation! thats not exactly where u want to be in my books...if u know how to cycle calories then u are good to go,if not then u may need to slightly under train in order to keep fat loss going. i suggest to guys looking to do a 16-12 week cutting plan that they do the first 4 weeks clean with just clean eating and cardio before they add in fat burners as your body becomes very adaptive to what u are putting in,and if after 4 weeks the weight is still not coming off at a pace of 1kg a week then u add in burners to boost that metabolism again and help to break that plateau.
