I have gone up to 40mg a day but started out at 10mg a day and worked it up remember the recommended dosage for a male is 0.2mg per kg

just to add my experience
used clen on its own and then clen with Yoh, much better personally to stack the 2.

i weighed just over 80kg and found that 20mg of yoh per day was a sweet spot for me,
also found it works best with fasted cardio ( as per suggestions from Pyro's article )

currently using Yoh with Lava ECA and enjoying it.
must say after about 2 weeks the aphrodisiac affect from the Yoh definitely comes into play as well.

Yeah definitely works. JuSt need to be patient and let it build up.

If you like Lava and Yohimbine try Hyper Burn and LP Yohimbine...

Hey guys,

Sorry for the thread revival, although I see that HD Labs make ketotifen tablets. 1mg per tab and 50 tabs in a pack.

Is it therefore recommended to take 3 tabs a day to upregulate the beta 2 receptors? I assume it should be the same dose as Zetofen?

For some Abs are made with lighting & angles... For others they are made in the kitchen.

Good on you mate I miss this thread. Yes same dosage for any form of liquid, tabs, etc.

Thanks, I thought so just wanted to make 100% sure.

That Ketotifen seems a bit pricey then, the most expensive actually. Followed by zetofen and then betasleep being the cheapest and likely the most convenient.

Anyone used the HD Labs Clen? My experience is that it’s massively overdosed. The “40mcg) tabs feel like 120 of something like Alpha. The shakes on the HD is insane.

Sorry missed that. Long post. These Beta Blockers target ONLY the heart muscle and leave the other Beta receptors everywhere else in the body alone?
