yes there are quite afew that you could still utilise.
Most of the time bp is elevated through high estrogenic levels which cause the body to hold onto more water and inturn this puts more pressure on the vascular system and elevates bp.
use something like test prop for test not much water there and primabolin, winstrol, anavar , deca, equipoise etc
But even safer would be not to use any testosterone but on that hand with the negative feedback loop then your sex drive would crash.
If you use pro viron and clomid, kessar etc you should waRD off most subcuatneous water, stay away from dianabol, anapolin, test suspension, sust , depo etc.
