Disturbing blood test results 3 month post PCT

What got you into this troublesome situation to begin with if you don't mind my asking (you are also still very young), normal steroid cycling, blasting and cruising, back to back cycles.
You are clearly not in a good place right now so wishing you all the best. I would rather TRT then go through all this hell but that's just IMO.
Good luck soldier

Got my blood tests back:
LH: 1.7 IE/l Ref. range: 1.2 – 8.6
Test, total: 3.3 nmol/l Ref. range: 6.1 – 27.1 (increase from September of 0.8 )
Test, free: 35.4 pmol/l Ref. range: 170 – 660 (increase from September of 9.2)
SHBG: 72.2 nmol/l Ref. range: 13.3-89.5
Iron and transferring still too low and worrying. Test. still extremely low but noticeable increase. I have been on and off Trib and other commercial test. boosting supps while I was away – doubt that had a big affect though. My diet is less than desirable when I am at work, but I argued with the cooks and tried my best – weight loss still happened though.
Only seeing my endo in late December. Crap.

TRT may well be a viable option for you, you'd probably feel like a new man if your test has been on the decline for a while.
Try and stay posative

So far all lifts are up since I'm back in the country. Don't now how it's possible to build strength when my testosterone says I'm less than a woman lol - but I have been getting stronger. Probably just proof of progressive overload, nutrient timing and enough quality protein. Been training my ass off though. 2 hours in the gym EOD to ensure I'm working hard enough. Workouts are brutal but so rewarding seeing strength go up.
Thanks for the support all.

Strength going up constantly. Almost doubled my leg press in 2 weeksRhino wrote: I think ultimately we'll all end up on HRT I just would prefer to delay it for a while as I want to have another Mini Me.
Have you spoke to your Endo about what the chances of you being able to have a kid would be should you end up having to go the HRT route?
Will see my Endo tomorrow. I suspect I will go for a MRI to check my pituitary and hypothalamus for problems (tumours, ect.). If no clues are found and my natural test production seems un-savable I will opt for HRT. At the moment NebidoTM (testosterone undecanoate) is looking like the most promising – 4 pins/ year. If it will be safe to do so I’ll maybe front-load with my own chemicals.

I did a GnRH stimulation test recently that showed how my pituitary gland functions– bloods where taken at intervals throughout the 24 hours succeeding GnRH instigation. Results where normal, if not good for LH, FSH and Test. On Thursday I did 6500IU of hCG as prescribed by my Urologist. Following that I’ll be going on HRT using chorionic gonadotropin for the time being . Later I’ll make a call for full on TRT or not. HRT using hCG seems way too expensive.

I will be doing hCG as Hormone Replacement Therapy. There is a chance that my natural system will recover, hence not full on TRT. I'm keen on running a log - of course I'll keep tracking my own progress in terms of strength and muscle gains anyway. Just thought it could be beneficial to the community.
@Rhino & @pump00: I did some bloods some days after the 6500iu CG shot, test was in the normal range. No estrogenic side effects - although I suspect water retention, I know I could be wrong. I'll be splitting 6500iU per week.
Just a side note s reminder, the strength of Ovridal and Pregnyl aren't the same. 6500iU of Ovidral = +/- 7500iU of Pregnyl. The site also mention's this in their article section: hCG . Thanks admin for the articles!

Thanks for all this, its enlightening.
Any chance you can bring us up to date on the HCG therapy?
What results?
What sides?
What benefit, as you you feel whole, etc?
thanks

I am now in a 6 week waiting period. After which I do another set of bloods to see if my natural system has been kick-started.
As for the actually experience:
Libido: Definite difference. I could once again get hard, although difficult. No desire for sex/ time with ladies etc.
Energy: Better. It may be attributed to my diet. Incorporated a lot more fat (since fat has vast effects on you endocrine system).
Sleep: No change. Perhaps better.
Weight: Fluctuates to diet.
Strength: Got marginally stronger. But diet was changed to help out.
Size: Fluctuates according to calories, but in the long run I'm bigger I guess.
Sides: Non. No AI was needed for sides as only an excess amount of testosterone would trigger aromatization etc. My test is waaaay to low (borderline normal remember) to even touch that.
Benefits: A bit more lust for life gained back. Mood fluctuates heavily, but that may attributed to other contributing factors. Personal life, current situation, day-to-day stress etc.
Bank balance: Hit hard.

I re-looked, and didn't see any results for E levels.
Yes, I know you need test to aromatise to E.
But, thinking out loud:
What if the little free test you have, is being aromatised?
Aromatase is always there, regardless of your test levels.
It doesn't go away or increase as test levels increase, does it?
It just has more to work with, hence makes more E.
Yes, your LH levels looked ok, but your testes didn't seem to respond by producing much test.
Increased LH (HCG) raised your test levels marginally and maybe that's as good as it gets for you.
However, an AI would limit free test being "wasted" into E.
There are studies where AIs are used to treat Male hypogonadism.
I don't know if these studies resulted in approved treatment plans using AIs.
But, if things aren't looking good, before you go full TRT - maybe look into the AI path.
Maybe suggest it to your doc, get him to drive the plan or DIY.
Just thinking out loud, no offence or irritation intended.
And again, appreciate your sharing this info.

Furk wrote: Why the f##k would I do that? That would sabotage the urologist's plan to start my natural system. By taking more drugs the bloods entire 3 months would have to be repeated. I was instructed not to take an other drugs that could possibly interfere. The closest I'm coming ZMA.
Just asking dude relax. One would add them for the same reasons we add them to our PCT protocols.

The fact that I can still get worked up means my testosterone is still in the normal range

Update on my hormone replacement therapy. As per doctor's instructions I ceased HCG injections end of April and after 2 weeks did blood tests, results revealed rock bottom levels. No I did not misplace the decimals, these are correct
Total testos 1.5 nmol/l
SHBG 61.6 nmol/l
Free testosterone 17.9 pmol/l
Estrogen 41 pmol/l
On 15 June I will do another set, if results are still so bad I will start testosterone replacement therapy. It sucks having test so low again, I can visualize loosing weight again. Below photo of recent stats taken at the more accurate body measurement machine.
When I start test replacement therapy I will add in extra anabolic steroids as to make some progress quicker. Almost like the blasting and cruising mentality I guess. I will most likely go the same route as Ondier does, test cyp for TRT. Blasting wise, considering a cycle starting with T-bol and continuing with Var and Proviron; to help regain lost weight and build back some size to restore former self. Reason for choosing t-bol and var is the side effects will be different to that of supernatural amounts of exogenous test. In other words I don’t want my additional gear to interfere with my TRT now, as me and the urologist will be monitoring sides for the injected test (of which there should be none cause it’ll be to match natural amounts).
Considering starting witht-bol at 40mg/day for 2 weeks, after that Var at 60mg + Prov at 40mg /day.
Thanks for reading and comments.
