Yes and no
A little chemical help does make it easier to reach Genetic potential much faster.
But steroids do allow us to far surpass our genetic limitations. GH is great but should only really be added from 25 years of age, as a minimum! 35 is when natty GH levels start to dip. I'm sure you will agree that you can go much further with the help of a simple testosterone protocol than you could by attempting to be all natural?

I get you at 4000 calories as well.
Make no mistake this is a lot of food. Now I assume you have read the dieting stickies so using those calories put something together for us to critiqe and adjust.
I Roughly worked out that you're going to want around 360g protein per day.
If you get stuck shout. The important thing is to understand what you are eating and why instead of just following the.advice of some stranger on the Web

When you say this do you meen you change the actual exercises each week? If so i would advise you to stick to one routine for atleast 4 weeks before changing it up.
Most of the weight gain will come between week 5 and 10. Strength will also peak between those weeks. Make sure to keep adding the weight on your exercises to get the muscles to failure.
Also make sure you get in all your big compound exercises and dont get caught on all the auxiliary stuff.
As pointed out you are definitely eating too few calories. Like dj always reminded people- food is the most anabolic thing.
Good luck and enjoy the rest of the cycle.

Thanks for the advice I normally change two or three exercises from one workout to another but change between barbell, dumbell or machine on other excersises. Would u say there is a difference training to failure with max weight or training to failure with a lighter weight doing 5 second negatives?
Should one train differently when on gear as apposed to been natural?
I just finished week seven on my cycle just been running test cyp would u recommend I add somthing else in or is it too late in the cycle was goin to use tbol to bridge to pct think I should start it earlier?
Increased the calories looking a bit better not as big as I thought I would of been at this point.
Thanks again for the help appreciate it learning all the time from this forum.
