@oupa QQ, Do you perhaps supplement DHEA and Pregnenolone since they down regulate on TRT or do you supplement HCG do bring those levels up Abit?

I use HCG once or twice a year on TRT, i dont have issues. All i use is 250mg test cyp every 7 days.

Can I perhaps also jump on the advice band wagon?

My doc currently has me on a monthly shot of Sust250, but I’m really not enjoying the rollercoaster.

I would like to switch to a very low dose daily/eod/e3d of subq Cyp instead.

I was thinking of 12.5mg daily (open to suggestions) do I need to add low dose HCG aswell? Kids aren’t in the picture anymore.

Should I keep armidex around just in case?

If you need arimidex when you're doing daily/EOD subq TRT shots then you are usually doing too test. But first try injecting one or twice a week. EOD or daily shots really become annoying, really fast.

If you're on TRT for life then you only need HCG for cosmetic reasons.

And if you still want to make babies a couple years down the line?
