Hi gents,

Besides bloodwork, is there any way that you "judge" your estrogen levels during cycle?

I had gyno before and it has been removed a few years ago. Every time I do a cycle I'm so paranoid for gyno, I literally check my nips every morning LOL!
My doses will rarely exceed 250mg/week per compound and I run a low dose aromasin during cycle, but you also don't want your estrogen too low right?
Also running Caber when I take Tren or Deca just to be safe.

Any tips or advise regarding what the early sighs of high estrogen would be?

I get blood work done before and after cycle. One test costs me R1630 + R450 for doctor's consultation.
So maybe I'm paying waaaaayyyy too much, but I can simply not afford going for blood work during cycle too.

Obviously when I see the side effects of estrogen I will have to go for blood work, was hoping to avoid that by maybe following advise from some experienced users on what to look out for.

I found this video on youtube which I think helped me a bit with my question, and yes he also advises blood work and rightly so:
