I'm looking to start using some steroids but I have some questions
1. Which is better to use with the least side effects,oral or injected steroids
2.I'm not a bodybuilder but I'm looking to gain some muscle but not a huge amount. Which is the best steroids for beginners?

Empire don't you think Jared will be better off reading your diet stickies first before attempting to use anabolics. Jared what's your age, weight, current bodyfat and your training split?

Probably, but I doubt he will. And I doubt he will use 1ml of test a week for a first cycle either. But he asked a simple question so I gave a simple answer.

Agreed Empire, people need to realize mindset, diet, hard training and rest are the key ingredients to attaining that incredible physique. Pills & Potions won't do Jake if you haven't got the above mentioned in check. Those diet stickies should be the bread and butter for anyone looking at using gear with their training. The gear is the icing on the cake.
