Just wanted you to know this morning I went for measurements and weight in at my dieet and fitness advisor. He just emailed my report... my body fat is 11.35% and I weigh in at 118.5 this morning.
I will keep on grinding untill I am satisfied with myself and stats and keep on improving.
I will leave the gear as you suggested and first see what happens I am quite happy with that
I think you answered alot of guys we are a group of poeple that is doing weight training together(transformation) and thinking of taking Test at my age and similar stats but lower test counts and more body fat.
