Unfortunately all anabolic steroids will have a negative effect on a woman's estrogen and progesterone levels. She can't take supplements to increase natural production while she is on the cycle besides using peptides that directly stimulate production.
She will need to supplement those hormones if she wants normal levels, but what's the point? The levels will bounce back once she is off cycle. Supplementing estradiol and progesterone also will not minimise masculinising side effects from the primo+var. Just keep cycles at those doses to a few months a year MAX.
Just like steroids cause negative feedback to the hypothalamus and pituitary gland to stop LH and FSH production to stimulate testosterone and sperm production in men, the same negative feedback to the brain happens in women to decrease estrogen and progesterone production.
Only thing she can use is Dhea and then soy protein as soy converts to estrogen being a phytoestrogen. Taking in 20g of soy protein isolate a day will be good.
Remember primo has some anti aromitize properties so that's gonna cause the e2 level to be low..
Also getting her on to a combination birth control such as yaz will increase those levels as it is used to try and mimic the natural hormone cycle.
Pregnenolone which is also available OTC at the pharmacy is the precursor hormone that converts to both DHEA and progesterone, so that would be what you generally want to supplement for progesterone support. But only really useful when she comes off the steroids to get levels back to normal faster.
The negative feedback suppression on sex hormone production when you're on steroids does unfortunately strongly inhibit the conversion of both DHEA and pregnenolone to other sex hormones so while you're on cycle they won't have much or any effect on hormone levels.
