Dischem Gold product quality

Hey guys. Anyone have any experience with the dischem Gold vitamin/supplement brand? First thought it was solgar as the packaging looked similar. Thanks guys.

I take their Omega 3 and 6 essential fats. Seem fine for the price. The Omega 3 is not 100% pure salmon oil so it’s perhaps not the purest brand.

Ok I was looking more into getting their L tyrosine which is a decent price.

Sorry to jack this thread but I think I'm aiming more towards the solgar brand. Any reviews perhaps on this brand? Thanks guys.

I would put them at the top in terms of quality.

For certain products however, off the top of my head zinc, vit D and fish oils.
You can find more affordable products that are of comparable quality.

If money is not an issue, yeah Solgar is the way.

I think Solal is rediculously overpriced. I use the Gold products all the time with good results. Was hoping somebody tested them in a lab or something for some facts.

Lol my dude we are talking about Dischem supps and Solal is like the main thing you buy there if you don't go for gold. Any reason why you don't like Solal?

I have also heard alot of bad reviews from Solal, not sure why tho
