Insulin support

Is it a good idea to take insulin support tablets with mk-677

you can use glucophage at 500mg a day, there is another product I have suggested here before called slinotrol from skncare you can order from ******* its a decent dose of alpha lipolic acid, magnesium, cinnamon extract, chromium etc which is great for improving sleep, insulin sensitivity and controlling blood sugar.

The one I got at the moment is insulin support by HMT.. With500mg of berberine hcl and 25mg of Banaba leaf extract.. But will definitely check the products you suggested

Berberine when used at a decent dose will produce similar effects to metformin, it's a decent natural alternative. Can't remember the dosage needed but you'd need to take it with meals.

Les bro you taking mk-677 has your weight gone up with water, mine has stayed the same but I look slightly fuller so I find it strange

My weight has increased quite drastically, however, I reduced my calorie intake for a bit to lose some weight and I am still full just not as heavy.
MK bloats me a lot.
