Slight lump under nipple was created by BDav

Hey guys I noticed a slight lumb on the left hand side of my left nipple, I feel no pain nor tenderness but I am assuming it a sign of hyno.. I dropped npp about over a week ago will be go on my trt dose from this week, know I know a AL is always recommended but is there anything else that could maybe help the lump?

The best treatment would be to get your bloods balanced. So starting by dropping the NPP is great, get onto TRT and maybe use something like aromasin for 2 weeks (low dose and no rebound) and having your blood normalize should settle things, but this does take time.

In short, no. Only a SERM like nolvadex or an AI.

20mg/day. Nolvsdex is not always as effective against gyno when using deca or NPP because they are progestins like progesterone, which can directly aggrevate gyno. So best to stll drop the NPP.

I should have noted as well that I am on 10mg of MK-677 would I need to stop that as well?

Ideally, it is prolactinogenic.
10mg however is quite low but I'd drop it.

You probably will find it was just the NPP. I am extremely gyno pro and most things cause issues, HGH luckily does nothing to aggravate my gyno. Hence the suggestion to use a low amount of Aromasin for a short period of time to lower the circulating e2 as there is no rebound with it and then stop it, it might be as simple as that.

Okay I think I will get aromasin 5 from LP.. I not too worried about it.. Obviously a massive concern because I don't want it to get worse where it pains and it noticeable
