Anadrol/Tbol Gynocomastia was created by MPhilosopher
This topic seems to have extremely little research - the strange E2 sides from non-aromatizing drugs

Has anybody used tamoxifen/nolvadex to combat this side effect?

It seems the compound may have direct action at the estrogen receptor so in theory tamoxifen should help - should the user not have similar estrogen sides from the tamoxifen itself...

I believe it is more prevalent with oxymetholone.
There are reports of it occurring with tbol, such that an AI is ineffective.
(I currently experienced it with LP tbol (immediate itching) all other variables constant, so I will run the tamoxifen test on myself and report back, however I will do it in a few weeks only)

I would guess it is the same mechanism of action, is it geometrical and simply binds to that receptor?

I can't expect an answer for that question since there is a lack of research, but if tamoxifen does ease those symptoms, I would think it is simply the binding to the estrogen receptors.

I have also never heard of gyno directly caused by TBOL. I do know it can crush SHBG but even then I dont see it causing gyno

anadrol and gyno I have done some reading about and I think it was not yet fully understood but could be some weird binding and that is increases prolactin.

Really coincidental that this thread came up, I used a different brand of tbol the last two weeks and definitely had a gyno flare up. I was a little lax on my AI and had alterered my test dosage so in no way saying it was Tbol, but i had suspicion that maybe my tbol wasnt tbol

I could understand after using it for a long time, due to the suppressed testosterone. Strange in your case.

Yeah I mean even reading the steroid write up for tbol on this site mentions the infamous unexpected
estrogen sides.

If this was any other brand, I would have been open to having bought and taken dbol.

Yep this was with test base.
Drug worked really fucking well within 3 days or so.
Unfortunately nipples were itchy, something I never experienced with T alone (or DHT derivatives anavar, winstrol etc), so I think something is at play here.

The only way you'll get gyno when taking Tbol is if your estrogen levels are elevated from some other cause already. Tbol and it's metabolites definitely don't bind to E2 receptors. But it is suppressive and only very mildly androgenic, so might not be androgenic enough to offset something else causing a hormonal imbalance more towards the estrogic side.

Sometimes it's a fine balance, and the exact same level of E2 in your body wouldn't always necessarily cause any gyno symptoms, where sometimes it will. Sometimes just adding proviron makes all the difference.
