Blood Tests - How to approach

New here.

I did do a search and some research, but I decided to make my own thread so I can go to my doc with more clarity and also provide myself with some clarity.

Not a total newbie with regards to gear and training, but definitely a new to doing things right.

Next cycle soon, Deca and Test - Easy one, nothing crazy.

QUESTIONS:

1. I experience estrogen issues on Test only, so how will this be different when I take the Deca ?

2. What do I ask for when I get my bloods done, how long does results take and when monitoring bloods, what are the ideal levels to be in regarding TEST / ESTRO / PROLACTIN ?

3. I have everything I need on hand, but I do not want to self administer Dostinex without bloods, has anyone taken 0.5mg Dostinex weekly and experience mood / libido issues ? (SERMS / ANTI-E's kill my mood)

4. I work abroad, so I have 4 weeks at home where I want to monitor my blood to get more or less of an idea how the DECA will affect me.


FYI,

Cycle will be:

750mg TEST E per week.
300mg DECA per week.
400mg MAST E per week.


Ancillaries on hand:
- Dostinex
- Proviron
- Anastrozole
- Tamoxifem

That is a lot of gear.

Why not 500-600mg Test and half the others.
And that is already pretty high.

Estrogen sides with what dosage of T?
You will need arimidex or an AI for sure then, Deca and Mast can increase the rate of aromatization indirectly, so you will need to take that into account, however mast can mask some of those symptoms such as bloating etc.

It just seems you are taking too many compounds and too large a dose of either.

Need more info, stats, cycle history etc

I shudder to see the doses even at 500mg of test.

You are getting estrogen sides because your test dose is too high..

That cycle I honestly would split up as starting 1450mg is just going to cause oxidative stress and massive inflammation and just a whole load of shitty sides,when you will get results on lower doses.

I honestly would start on 250mg test, 200mg of deca and 200mg masteron. After 5 to 6 weeks, up the test to 300mg, deca to 300mg and masteron stay the same, after 6 weeks up the masteron to 300mg, and maybe even add in anavar at 30mg.

I have gotten much better results with better health markers during my bloods by starting low and increasing doses when results stall vs going balls out with big doses.

I'll down the test to 500mg a week, just gonna do a frontload few shots - Remember I work offshore.

But 300mg Deca is perfect. 2x Test to Deca dose.

As for the Masteron, noted. Ill keep that low then 1ml a week (0.5ml e4d) (Still contemplating if I'll be doing this anyway. But research shows it frees up more test and has a similar effect to Proviron).

I hope my bloods show the results quick enough, because I will have to leave for work after 5 weeks of being home - Alternatively, I could use NPP.


I will be taking some Anastrozole if estro sides occur, but I don't really want to self administer anti prolactin medication if its not needed.

well ok fair enough, but if steroid users are telling you, you are using too much....
you are definitely using too much

Very low chance you need any Dostinex etc.
Use P5P daily and you will be fine (even that is likely not necessary).

If you will be offshore, I mean hematocrit and hemoglobin should definitely be in check.
Keep anastrozole with you.

Why not get bloods done abroad?
If you haven't even started the cycle, you won't have meaningful blood tests a few days into a cycle, or am I missing something?

I'm also a steroid user.

I wanted to know how often the junkies here test their bloods and what they check for specifically (if anything) while on Deca.

I would like to get my blood checked every 2 weeks, but I'll have a chat with my GP and see what he says.

I don't really want to tell the medic offshore I'm on more than a gram of sous weekly, but lets see.
