It is good info. I must say people in my circle do not use big doses anymore. I think the biggest thing most people are still missing is comprehensive blood tests and that is probably due to two reasons, the Dr not reading the bloods in context to understanding what steroids do to blood markers, creatinine, gfr, ferritin, liver and so forth, so a few long weeks on testosterone and the Dr is freaking out your kidneys are under strain. Secondly the cost of these blood tests, I pay on average 5k every 6 months and this still doesn't cover everything (this only covers what we have already found safe to rule out of testing) and also exclude kidneys which my cardiologist manages..
I honestly feel we paying way to much for blood work.
I personally can't handle more than TRT test or I get irritable and that effects family life. Then again I'm not a bodybuilder so I have no need to run anything other than test and once a year some anavar for fun.
But he did hit the nail in the head, all the damage we do is related to inflammation..
