Diclofenac post gear injection

I'm currently running Supertest 320 and Tren E 200, at 1ml each on Monday and Thursday. I have had PIP consistently after every injection. First injection in thigh left me pretty much crippled for two days, had a visible limp at work etc. Did some searching on the forum and I see quite a lot of people have been complaining about PIP after using the ST. Went to the pharmacy and picked up some ampoules of Diclofenac sodium which helped quite a bit. I know that I can't mix it with to my other compounds because it reacts to basically anything. How long should I wait post injection to administer the diclofenac?

I don't know the answer to your diclofenac question, but someone will probably be able to help you on that soon.

As for the PIP, inject in your glutes and the PIP issues will be far less of an issue. Thighs and quads are the worst if you are sensitive to the ST.

Diclofenac is a terrible drug for bodybuilders and guys who use steroids regularly. We're already at higher risk for heart and kidney problems. I used to take it until I reada meta-analysis of about 250 studies on diclofenac, which found that people who'd been taking it were almost twice at risk of having a heart attack. It is only meant for short term treatment and is also very harsh on the kidneys. Tren already is putting stress on your kidneys and heart so it is a bad combo.

I'm also using Supertest 320 now and getting some PIP and I usually don't get it from Supertest. So it's probably the recent batches. Stick to your glutes for this stuff. Way less PIP issues than quads and delts.

Damn, that's some scary shit regarding the diclofenac. I had no idea. Luckily only used two ampoules of the stuff.
