Hi guys

So my aas experience is 1 x 8 week cycle of lgd.
I had decent results and maintained most of it.
I had no real sides, took a while for my libido to bounce back but all is good.
I'm thinking of stepping it up to something stronger (probably a 12 week cycle of test cyp at around 350mg per week).
As I've mentioned on previous threads I have 2 main concerns:
1. Gyno, I know a friend who had it and it made him very self conscious and cost him a small fortune to eventually remove.
2. Hpta shutdown, as I mentioned in my lgd thread, I'm concerned about the recovery of my Hpta after having my levels shut down. The reason I went for the lgd previously was that from my research it will lower your levels, but not shut you down completely and also it was only 8 weeks, where with a proper cycle plus waiting for Ester to clear its more like 16 weeks.

I'm sure many of you have had these concerns before you took the plunge, so any guidance will be highly appreciated.

Cheers

1. see what happens with 350 a week, adjust accordingly or keep AI on hand if you not willing to drop the dose lower

2. You will get shut down and need a pct to recover HPTA

Ahit down happens with pretty much all anabolic substances bar GH and insulin. So no matter what you take and no matter the dosage, you end up shut down.

And gyno is person specific, and generally happens if dosage is too high. If you want a great first cycle, run 200mg of test with 200mg of primo. Do that for 15 weeks. You can up the promo to 300mg for the last 5 weeks. Low side effect cycle and great results.

Primo I've heard is great, but the fact it's so terrible on hair puts me off it.
I'm genetically prone to mpb and am on finasteride, luckily no negative side effects.

Also, I think the logic of a test only cycle (plus ai if needed) is the best way to approach your first cycle or 2.
What dosage would you recommend for a 93kg guy, mid 30s, many years training experience 17% bf?
I would like to be conservative.

200mg isn't going to be qs harsh as you think. Sarms can be hard on the hair line, and test on its own will still have its own issues there. And if you are already taking Fina then you are covered.

Doses to start is max 3mg of test per kg of body weight. So max of 250mg of test will be perfect. I would then add in primo as I said at 200mg and then go up to a top end of 7mg per kg of anabolics per week over a period of time. So even if you start either the test and primo, and then after 8 weeks add in tbol for 8 weeks, total dosing should he about 700mg split between all compounds.

Thanks, but I think that's (max 700mg per week) is a bit too aggressive for my liking.
Think I'll stick to test only at lowish dose and try milk that out.

It is a build up over 16 weeks. 200mg test for the total. 200mg of primo for 8 weeks, 300mg primo for 8 weeks last 8 weeks 30mg tbol or anavar a day (210mg total per week.)

Hey there sure no worries.
Well I'm mid 30s and I've been on it for 11 months now. My results have been a little regrowth (I had hoped for more) and my hair loss has stopped.
I got a prescription from my GP for fincar 5mg (think it's by cipla) and I have a pill cutter and I chop it up in 4 pieces and take 1 of these quarters daily.
I do this purely because it's a lot cheaper than the 1mg tablets, plus I don't need to queue at a pharmacy every month as 1 box lasts like 4 months.
Side effects, zero.
I was initially afraid of side effects so started on 2 pills a week and every few weeks I bumped it up another pill, until like 3 months in I was up to taking it daily with no sides.
My only regret is that I procrastinated for a few years, before I did the research and actually decided to do something about my mpb, because I'm sure if I started 4 years earlier I would've retained more hair.
I can't comment on its effectiveness when using aas, as my only experience is an 8 week lgd cycle, which was fine, I lost no hair from it.
