Help with this blood result, im confusing myself

Friend is on 150 test e per week.

Results as follows

SHBG 31.2 nmol/L
Free Test 2018 pmol/L
E2 174pmol/L
Total test 68 nmol/L

Maybe im having a slow day or just confusing myself, but this seems wrong ?

It's possible, might be doing more than 150mg but is can be depending on his stats. That's why trt is very individual.

OK thanks, seemed so high though compared to what I get, that I insinuated to him he isnt on 150

He probably had bloodwork done the day of or day after his 150mg injection when blood levels were peaking. If not, then he is using more.

That is the only way he'll get numbers like that from 150mg/week. Even the most extreme outliers won't maintain that level on such a low dose.
