Cycle transformation - test, dbol, adrol

Dear forum

I had just been on a 10 week cycle. The cycle contained Zest Pharma Testosterone Cypionate - 600mg, Eu pharma Dianabol - 60mg, Prototype labs Anapolon 200mg.

I'm 5f8" and I weigh 64kg after cycle, coming from 60kg. And I am 21 years old, currently this was my second cycle experiment. Honestly don't feel like doing anymore cycles again from now on.

I want to leave pictures of the anabolics I took below for you guys to see, I'm not sure though if that's allowed by forum rules.

I will leave pictures below of my before and after though.

Stavey.... I don't know you so i say this with respect: We can all tell you're super passionate about the lifestyle. I think, a complete break from the drugs is needed. Steroids are not the answer to your prayers. Embrace excercise, embrace clean eating, embrace your youth!

The human brain only finishes developing at 25. You don't need steroids mate.

This is not a sprint it's a marathon; you've heard this before.

My advice, you don't need to be doing these drugs. Go live your life, and if you can consistantly make excercise a part of your routine and lifestyle, perhaps one day you can circle back to this neighbourhood.

For the dosing you are taking, there are a couple of things, and you are going to hear something you not going to like.

1 your gear is fake.
2 your diet is shit
3 your training is crap or your training intensity is up to shit.
4 you think steroids are going to give you the gains you need without number 2 and 3 being in place..

On 50mg of decent anadrol only, you would gain more than 4kgs, hell on 200mg of test you would gain more than that if you ate the right amount. Actually even eating 2500 decent calories you would have gained more than 4kgs on a cycle.

Oh yes guys, I appreciate all the comments and advice.

I also thought that my gear could be fake, however I'm going off from now, no PCT, no nothing, completely turn off.

To be honest there is no point in sharing, the review is enough for people to know its fake bro.

I'm really interested to actually know what your calorie intake is and your training because using 200mg of anapolin a day, your cycle ends up being close on 2.5grams of gear for 4kgs.

Oh okay I guess you're right. Honestly yes I've been inconsistent with eating. But on my push days where I do everything right, I'd eat 3000 calories, 5 to 6 meals. Training, I've been training Monday to Friday, each muscle group once a week. And I train for 2 hours, moderate weights, I don't go heavy.

Yes, I agree.

@Stavey, give us a diet and training breakdown so that we can looks for what's wrong. Forget about gear for now, you need to get your diet and training sorted first.

@Stavey, I see in my records that I've told you exactly a year ago to not use steroids and that you need to sort out your diet and training first. You did not listen obviously, but hopefully you learned from your mistakes.

Meal 1: 100g Oats with sugar and milk

well moderate weight not going heavy is going to be a waste of time. you have to progress, even if it is not to failure, week on week to make muscle grow. also I've laid out 100s of replies to people in regards to training and what is better than a bro split, upper lower 2x a week with a decent amount of intensity will give you better results.

Meal 3: small meal of rice and chicken as lunch
Meal 4: Dinner (usually rice and chicken or red meat, it always changes though)...

I'm taking it from the lack of his own research into diet and training, and thinking his diet is 3000 calories, its a no.

Meal 1
3 full eggs
30g whey protein
60g cream of rice
3 sweetners

Meal 2
30g whey protein
100g oats
3 sweetners

Meal 3
130g cooked chicken
240g cooked white rice
Half a cup cooked mixed veggies
30mls tomato sauce

Meal 4
30g whey protein
100g oats
3 sweetness
90g banana

Meal 5
150g cooked chicken
30g nola low fat salad cream
15ml nandos peri peri sauce
4 slices of sasko more slices brown bread

Meal 6
3 full eggs
3️0g cheddar cheese.
