im a bit confused on when to use dbol and cant find any information on when to take it. so lets say i go to the gym 1pm and use 30mg a day, do i use all of it a hour before the gym as a pre workout?
yes you can use it pre-workout, but remember it is part of the testosterone family and will cause estrogennic sides. so i wold use 30mg tbol instead with your test at 3mg per kg. will yield better results.
