The effective dose for Clen can determined by checking for an elevated body temperature of about 0.5 to 1C. But the comparison should only be done under controlled and similar conditions – for example, early in the morning upon awakening. Having a reference temperature before any clenbuterol was taken will also help to make an accurate conclusion.
Shaking is not a measurement for the effectiveness of Clen.
I'm no doctor but honestly playing with beta2 antagonists and anti psychotic meds usually used to treat bipolar disorder is a great idea. And aren't you the guy who has binge eating disorder? Taking clen whilst binge eating is like crashing your car into the wall of a panel beater repeatedly and hoping that they will fix it.
