ok so here goes.
80kgs, your maximum gear intake should be roughly 10-12mg per kg. so 800-960mg per week. of which we will keep testosterone at 3mg per kg. and work the other anabolics up to fill the gap. at 82kgs, at nearly 6ft, you would need a bit more cell volume, so we would use more deca than masteron. so of the 7mg-9mg per kg extra, we would go more 66/33 split by the top end of the split. so at the top end your dosing will be 360mg deca, 250mg test 200mg masteron
so week, 1-3
250mg test
150mg deca
100mg masteron
week 4-6
250mg test
225mg deca
150mg masteron
week 7-8
250mg test
300mg deca
150mg masteron
week 9-16
250mg test
360mg deca
200mg masteron
simple.
if you were to push up higher past the 10mg per kg mark to 12mg per kg, you could push that deca to 450mg and the masteron up to 250mg per week for week 9-16.
i would push those calories up to about 3000-3200 to get the maximum benefit from this course
