so the big thing with yohimbine is it needs to be taken at least 30-45mins away from food. so first thing in the morning, then 20-30mins later do cardio or training, fasted. Insulin from food basically negates the whole point of yohimbine, it will not block a2 receptors, and you are basically using something for nothing, so the best thing to do is wake up, take it, do cardio, then have a meal there after.
anavar depending on your dosing, you can take with meals etc morning and night. so if you are using 40mg a day ( i take it you are using LP) you would do 1 with breakfast, 1 with dinner or pre-bed.

as for the GI distress, that is completely normal with Yohimbine and you will get over it quite quickly once the body adapts, etc.
