Blood pressure advice was created by HungryJourney85
Hi folks,

just wanted to get advice - been on a few cycles (4) with test previously (600mg) normally. But started a new cycle recently 300test 300 masteron and 200 tren. All enanthate.

id never front loaded with dbol and i started with 30mg for 2 weeks, im on week 3 . My blood pressure is 142/100 which is just outside. Iv stopped the dbol but do you think it’s something to worry about ? Never had it go up while on cycle - is it something to rather stop a cycle now or get blood work to be safe ?

im 39, now about 89kg- reckon I was about 36 before the cycle. I train 5 days a week and calories are 2482.

Masteron & Tren will increase your heartrate quite negatively. What is your resting heart rate?

There is no chance of maintaining normal blood pressure without meds when you're on tren unless you normally have low blood pressure.

I did one of those 12 hour monitors that check every 30min and it averaged 135-145/80. I’m seeing a doc this Friday about the BP. I’ve also read that my RBC may be up so doing a full panel bloodwork next week.

Don't waste your time doing to a doctor now unless you tell them you are taking tren. I've been through all of this.

1) Your BP is not high enough to justify going onto proper BP meds because it's artificially elevated.
2) You don't need a doc to tell you why your BP is elevated. You know why it's high now. Tren.
3) A GP will not and should not prescribe you BP meds because a drug you choose to take for fun is slightly raising blood pressure.  ACE inhibitors and ARBs aren't something you mess with just when you're on cycle.

Its very good to be cautious, but if your BP stays where it is you are completely fine for a 10 week tren cycle. It takes a very long time with very high BP to cause irreversable vascular damage and kidney problems.

Thanks for that advice. I didn’t know tren would work that quickly. Much appreciated. I have booked for bloodwork to check anything else as I’ve got serious drowsiness too.

Well dianabol is notorious for increasing blood pressure due to the increase in water retention.

Best way to control blood pressure is via cardio vascualar work, 15mins of hiit cardio work, 1min low 1 min all out, followed by 15mins of moderate intensity cardio, do this 4x a week and Bp should come down.

Also make sure your bf isnt too high to start.

Next 2 options are
5mg of cialis daily, but that will at most lower it 10/5 points
10mg of enapril daily should have it in range too.

Ok. Very useful.

Have you ever heard of drowsiness or tiredness on cycle? It’s the first time it’s happened and my training hasn’t changed much- sets statues the same and weight only up a little bit past 2 weeks I’ve been so drowsy. Happened a week into my cycle I think?

Many things can be the cause.

Sleep apnea
Insomnia or shitty sleep from tren
Poor recovery
Poor glucose response
Low thyroid levels
Anemia

So many hypothericals.
