thats the biggest misconseption that a 100mg is TRT dosing across the board.
medical trt can be from 0.5mg to 1mg PER KG of body weight,
what's deemed sports trt is 2-3mg per kg of bodyweight, and really the difference in "side effects" or effects on the body from 1mg to 3mg is negligible. This is something i learned from Broderick Chavez's work.
then you get HRT, which is 0.5mg to 1mg of androgens per kg per week, then you get sports HRT which is 2-3mg of androgens per kg per week. usually what i do, and what i get my clients to do.
so guys that are 80kgs, have a max of 240mg per week, and i get them to do 125-150mg testosterone, and then 100mg of primo or masteron.
and then when you go back on course, you would go maximum 3mg per kg of testosterone per week. and workout where you are comfortable to push, joe average bodybuilder can get away with 5-6mg per kg. someone who is more advanced, would go up to 10-15mg per kg. pro level 25-30mg per kg at least.
so most guys will get amazing results at 10mg per kg, so you would have 7mg per kg to play with as 3mg is going to be testosterone.
so you would ramp up the dosing over an 8 week period and stick at that dosing for 8 weeks.
so start of 3mg per kg test,1mg per kg masteron,1mg per kg npp.
every 2 weeks, you would add a mg too the masteron anf or NPP untill you get to peak 10mg per kg.
now the balance between masteron and NPP is different for each person
