Trt range was created by Wi-Gym
Hello everyone,

I am from Belgium, a small country in Europe, north of France. My English is average; I can understand what you’re saying, but for clarity, I’m translating my text to avoid misunderstandings.

I’ve had major issues with depression, sleep problems, and weight loss, primarily muscle loss. Dry skin, digestive issues, etc., etc. I spent three years paying doctors who couldn’t find anything.

I requested a blood test to check my testosterone levels. This was suggested by a friend who used to do bodybuilding when he was younger. My testosterone level came back at 280 ng/dl. In Belgium, the reference range is between 249 and 836. I’m not sure if these limits are the same elsewhere. My free testosterone was 5.08 ng/dl, with a reference range between 5 and 21.

The doctor refused to prescribe testosterone because, according to him, I was still within the “normal” range. However, I’ve always been someone who practiced bodybuilding and karate. I train 5 to 6 times a week. I work as a mechanic, which is a physically demanding job.

Before I got “sick,” I weighed 75 kg at 173 cm with 10% body fat. I was very fit and active. But since I fell ill, I wasn’t really living anymore. It was as if I was watching a black-and-white movie, whereas before, I was watching in color.

So, I decided to take testosterone—maybe a bit too much—but it was finally a relief. I did this for 10 weeks:
375 mg of Test C per week.
Why this dosage? It was recommended by my friend.

I went up to 80 kg with 10% body fat. Then, I started to look into TRT. However, it’s quite difficult to justify in Belgium, even though people are treated with testosterone here. I consulted four different doctors, and one of them insulted me, calling me a drug addict.

So, I started taking 25 mg of Test C every other day, which works out to around 87.5 mg of Test C per week.
With this, my testosterone levels are 990 ng/dl, and my free testosterone is 21.5 ng/dl. This puts me outside the normal ranges.

My question is simple:

Let’s assume I’m interested in a sports TRT. From what I’ve read, you can take 2 to 3 mg of testosterone per kilo of body weight. If I take 150 mg of Test C per week, my blood levels will be completely outside the normal range.

So, when I read that the maximum is 3 mg per kilo per week, what is the target testosterone level in blood tests? 1500 ng/dl?
I’m just asking to learn, as I’m very curious.

Do you need to take additional medications to protect the liver, kidneys, heart, or prostate with sports TRT?
I’m planning to donate blood every 2 or 3 months.

How long can you follow this type of TRT?

Do you need to take breaks and go back to normal TRT levels?

I’ve also done a cycle of Sustanon and Deca:
375 mg per week and 200 mg per week for 12 weeks. It went fine.

I stopped in June. I’d like to start a new cycle in January:

200 mg of Test C

200 mg of Deca

300 mg of Masteron
For 16 weeks.

I currently weigh 79 kg with 10% body fat.

I’d also like to discuss this further, but maybe a bit later.

Thank you all.

If 150mg test c puts your outside the normal range, take less test.

I would say 100-125mg/wk

If you want to know your blood levels. Multiply your testosterone by 4, that should give you a rough estimate. Eg 150 x 4 =600

When you running anything above natural replacement. It’s a must to have other boxes in check.

How long can you run sports trt, that will depend on your bloods at the end of day.

Excuse me i forgot to translate.

If 87.5 mg per week gives me a testosterone level of 990 ng/dL, it’s practically multiplied by 12 to reach that result. It’s great because it costs less. What I don’t know is when Empire recommends a sports TRT between 2 and 3 mg per kg, what blood levels are they targeting? It’s so informative what he says that it makes you want to know more.

The big thing is probably your shbg is very low due to injection frequency, smaller more frequent doses would mean less shbg.

But that could also lead to lower e2 due shbg working on all sex hormones.

Usually the trick is dosage x4 is going to give you your free test levels, you could have also potentially pulled bloods the same day as a pin which could falsely drive up your test levels. If you had done 2x weekly doses, you might have been at 500-600 test level.

Every person is different.

So a 3mg dose isn't going to escalate literally across the dosing. Meaning that you won't suddenly have 2700 levels by increasing the dose to 3mg per kg. Potentially I could see a 1200-1500.

Remember clinical trt like you are doing is 1mg per kg, and that would be in line with reference ranges if you tested say on the Monday morning after your last jab being on the Friday.

As I have mentioned that shbg may be very low due to your injection pattern giving you that test level.

Not really trying to hit a target number.

Thank you for your response,

My SHBG is at 39.6, with the reference range being between 18 and 54.

I simply want to optimize my TRT to performe better in musculation and karate, and to feel more energized overall. I like the idea of gaining muscle mass.

I have read all your forum responses regarding cycle and TRT dosages. My thirst for knowledge drives me to go further in understanding these topics.

I just want to do sports TRT in a safer way and avoid harming my health. I am fully aware of the risks.

Later, probably in January, I plan to start a cycle:

200 mg testosterone

200 mg deca

300 mg masteron

This would last for 16 weeks, starting in the first week with:

200 mg testosterone

100 mg deca

150 mg masteron

I would then gradually increase the dosages until the 8th week. This will put me at 10 mg of compounds per kilo per week.

I weigh 79 kg at 10% body fat.

I really like your approach of longer, lower-dose cycles.

Do you take breaks from sports TRT?

I generally do sports hrt. 2mg of test per kg and 1mg of primo instead of 3mg of just test.

And no I don't take breaks.

Thank you so much.

I will follow your advice and then get some bloodwork done. You’re amazing.

If you have any additional advice to share, I’m all ears, but I suppose you’ve already covered everything in the other discussions on the forum.

Thank you again.
