Been a while gents hope you all well

I've never used primo before and can't seem to find much info on just how harsh primo E is when it comes to the anti estrogenic properties. I'm aware that not everyone will have the same response to the compound and it will depend heavily on other variables like testosterone dosage as well as any other compounds that are in the mix, and the bodyfat percentage of the individual at hand. But let's say for example a well built guy around the 10 to 12% mark and around 72kgs bodyweight . Just how harsh would the AI effect of primo be ? And what ratio do you recommend it should be ran at in comparison to testosterone enanthate? Internet seems to be putting out a lot of nuance that primo needs to be ran at 500 / 600mg + to be effective, but if that's the case, how high would your testosterone dose have to be in order to run that kind of dose without crashing E2 levels? Also based on Empire's recommended starting dose of 3mg per kg of bodyweight, those doses are looking way more than 12mg per kg of bodyweight

What has maximum my dosing been of previous 3 courses?

That would give you a rough guideline to say where you need to be looking. So if you are at a total of 750mg for example that would have been 750/72 about 10mg per kg.

So

3mg per kg of testosterone is 210mg odd. So if you were to try and out on 10kgs of muscle a dose of 250mg would suffice.

So that means 500mg would come from other anabolics.

Also if you were doing say primo and npp. Your peak dosing would be let's says 200mg npp, and 300mg primo. Or 400 primo and 100mg npp.

Primos anti estrogenic effect is not of arimidex so don't sweat it to start. If in doubt pull bloods at week 8 and see.

And I ran 2:1 ratio of primo to test last year (600:300) and e2 wasnt crashed at all.

So don't think you need to amputate the toe because you scuffed it on the skirting boards.
