full blood work pre and then 12 weeks in and keep doing blood work every 3-4 months if you are doing more than trt. 

How often do you need to blood dump when doing TRT?

You will only know when you get blood work done.

and doing blood dumping isn't always needed. The issue that comes with blood dumping is the risk of anemia. In contrast, if you do your cardio and take certain supplements and pharmacueticals, you may never need to dump blood.
