Pfizer Depo to Aspen Sustanon was created by Nick1996
Good evening all, I wanted to share my recent experience transitioning my TRT protocol from Pfizer Depo-Testosterone (100mg) to Aspen Sustanon 250. I’ve been on TRT for the past 8 years, primarily using Depo-Test, with a brief period on Shree Test Cyp when Depo was unavailable. I’ve always found that smaller, more frequent doses help manage gyno flair from past steroid use. My usual protocol has been 50mg every three days, rotating injection sites between the delts and triceps. Recently, my doctor recommended trying Aspen Sustanon, as I felt Depo-Test wasn't providing the same benefits it used to. I was initially hesitant, especially concerned about the propionate ester flaring up gyno, but I’ve had zero negative side effects so far.I’m now dosing at 83mg "to be exact" every three days (simply because it’s the easiest way to split as they come in amps), and the results have been excellent. I’ve noticed a huge improvement in libido, pump in the gym, and overall strength. Honestly, I’m amazed at the difference. The only downside I’ve experienced is the increased , and always open to learning from others if you’ve had a similar journey or any insight into TRT you'd like to

So what im reading is, I have gone from 50mg every 3 days( about 116mg per week) to 86mg every 3 days( so roughly 200mg per week) and i feel better... well its got nothing to do with using sust over Depo, and everything to go with increasing your dose.

Ah yes, you caught 🙄.
Just for the record, I’ve run Depo at 200–250mg per week in the past and still never felt anything close to how I feel on the Sust. So unless Depo magically turned into saline solution and stopped being testosterone altogether, I’m pretty confident the compound itself makes a difference.

Do you have blood work to suggest that your levels were optimal at 200-250? Was your stress the same, was your diet the same? All of this can impact things.
