I know you aren't but Id trying to help you deal with those issues.

I wanted you to try the baking soda to see if your gut acidity is correct, as sometimes what happens is if your acidity of you stomach is too low, you dont digest and process food properly hence why you may have ibs , gastritis and anemia.. it can also be the cause of your acid reflux because If you dont have enough acidity in the stomach acid, you end up producing more volume of acid causing it to splash up into the esophagus.

But that also means digestion is going to be terrible. It MAAAAY have an issue with pcos too as the slower digestion of carbohydrates means glucose may rise causing more issues with your pcos and insulin resistance.

Trying to see if we can also get you off of the Ppis so that we can also remove the potential anemia issue.

Trying to diagnose the issue here for you.

So it turns out the inflammation in my body is preventing iron from being distributed in my body for RBC production. So I have adequate iron stores, but low circulating iron. It has to do with the peptide-hormone hepicidin. As a result, I have normal iron levels but a low Hb. So treatment of this is IV iron and reducing inflammation. The question now is, did the PCOS cause the inflammation or was the inflammation there before? I had an iron infusion today. I should see changes in 6 weeks more or less.

High blood glucose is inflammatory. So as we know it, 1 of the conditions for pcos is insulin resistance, so you have got to treat both pathways.
But you didnt even get back to me on doing a baking soda test.

Taking your iron supplements every 2nd day will ensure lower levels of hepicidin.

Yeah, high glucose is inflammatory, but my glucose is controlled with or without the Glucophage XR. My CRP is high as if I have an infection and my interleukin 6 is also high. I have signs of high grade inflammation and not the low grade associated with the diabetes. Also, I never received a formal diagnosis of DM II. I only started taking the glucophage because of the PCOS and the burning feet symptoms. So the question is what is causing the high grade inflammation? I spoke to my physician about taking the iron pills every second day to help with the hepicidin. He said in my case, not much of a difference will be made. I requested a blood culture, but he thinks since I am not showing signs or complaining of symptoms of an infection and since my inflammatory markers have been high for months, a blood culture doesn’t seem necessary.

Baking soda test: 1 min 9 seconds

The burning sensation sounds like you have got DM Type 2 as that is a common symptom of neuropathy from extremely high blood glucose.

The people Ive worked with have had good result from using injectable carnatine and b12 with high dose curcumin to mitigate some of those symptoms.

To be honest you honestly would be a candidate for retatrutide at low dose to improve insulin sensitivity as well as slowing downing gastric emptying which may assist with your iron absorption issues as well as controlling inflammation.

One cannot diagnose DM II based on one symptom. You need to do a OGTT and also look at multiple clinical signs and symptoms. My glucose has never been abnormal with or without anti-diabetics. I have said this multiple times. The reason why I do not have a diagnosis of DM II is because of the normal HbA1C and fasting glucose test I had prior to experiencing symptoms of PCOS. They started me on Glucophage XR only after I got the diagnosis of PCOS. I was trialed on thiamine for the burning feet prior to everything and that failed. The doctor thinks it is erythromyalgia since my hands and feet turn bright red as well, but erythromyalgia is very rare. I do not want to see a rheumatologist though because I know they’ll put me on some corticosteroid.

I mentioned the results of the baking soda test which you failed to comment on.

I currently take one capsule of the Natroceutics Curcumin Fortified which contains 250mg Curcumin. What dose of curcumin do you suggest I take?

Hence the words "sounds like... commin symptom of neuropathy."

Not once did I make definitive conclusion.

Yes I failed to mention anything as it was nothing out the ordinary.

1500mg of curcumin daily.

How did the thiamine fail?

There are so many factors that go into this, nutrition and periodization of training to cardio etc.

The doctor I was seeing at the time wanted to trial thiamine. I took it for 6 months and it did not improve the symptoms. Right now, we don’t know the cause. I take nurika for the symptoms. Helps, 95% of the time.
