Hi everyone,I’m looking for some guidance and would really appreciate your input.I’ve been on Testosterone or Sustanon for almost 2 years now, with Masteron P 100 added in from time to time.

Here’s my current cycle:
  • Sustanon 350 – 2ml once per week
  • Masteron P 100 – 1ml once per week
  • Anavar 15mg – 3 tablets on training days (5 days per week)
  • Proviron 25mg – 2 tablets per day
  • Arimidex – 1 tablet every other day
My goal is to build more muscle and lose fat. I’m not sure if this is the best combination or if I should be adjusting dosages or compounds. I’d love to hear your thoughts on:
  1. Is this a solid cycle for my goals?
  2. Are the dosages appropriate or should I tweak anything?
  3. Is there anything missing or unnecessary in this stack?
Also, I’ve never done a proper PCT before and I know that’s not ideal. I’d really appreciate help understanding:
  • What PCT protocol would you recommend after this cycle?
  • How long after stopping should I start PCT?
  • What compounds and dosages should I use for PCT?
Is it safe or recommended to be on Sustanon 350 and Testosterone 350 for such a long time (almost 2 years)? What are the risks or long-term effects I should be aware of?I’d really appreciate any expert guidance or advice you can offer. Thanks in advance!

What are the risks or long-term effects I should be aware of?

Blood viscosity being like glue, cholesterol being trashed from the amount of testosterone and arimadex you are using, also the amount of anavar with that arimadex dose means your hdl will be tanked and ldl probably through the roof so atherosclerosis is very much a problem

Then by the looks of things from the lack of planning your blood pressure is probably through the roof so left ventricle hypertrophy of the heart is a problem long term too.

Blood work is a real thing for a reason, to check these things.

What is your cardio vascular training like? What is your diet like?

All of these things are quite important.

Thanks so much for the detailed response, really appreciate the insight.

I definitely started this journey without the proper knowledge or planning, and I’m still learning as I go. At the moment, I do 20 minutes of cardio daily and run a 5km once a week, but I realize now that I’ve probably overlooked some important health markers and long-term planning, especially around bloodwork and cardiovascular risks.

Given everything you’ve pointed out, what would you recommend as the best course correction and next steps I should take? I’d really value your guidance on how to adjust my current approach to better support long-term health while still working toward my goals of building muscle and losing fat.

Thanks again for taking the time to respond!

Hi there, I’d appreciate your help with this.

Where can I get bloodwork done in Johannesburg/Centurion to check hormone levels, cholesterol, liver function, and other markers related to my current cycle? And once I have the results, where can I go to get them properly interpreted and get advice on the best way forward?

I’m looking for a place that understands performance-enhancing use and can help me make informed decisions about my health and next steps. Thanks in advance!
