I need Help Please!

I received iPharma Super Test 500 and Winstrol 50. I actually ordered Test 350.

Would you recommend I start with this cycle?
What is the recommended weekly dosage?

How different will injecting Test 500 be to Injecting test 300

I have been on a Test and Anavar Cycle

Can anyone recommended a PCT protocol or plan for post cycle.

well there will be oil in a syringe, and it will go in the same, so there is 0 difference in injecting test 300 or 500, the issue is that 500mg is nearly double that of 300...

no i dont recommend starting a cycle without a whole lot more information as to body weight, training experince, diet etc.

So I have been training for about 2 years now. Age 35. Height 175. Weight 94.

Diet 1800 Cal.
105g Carbs (12.4g Fiber)
62g Fat
168g Protein

Training Days
Chest
Quads
Arms
Shoulders
Ham & Glutes

Each Weight Training followed by Cardio 200 Cal under 20 Mins

8000 Step count Daily

I'm just reading this. 
Maybe water retention due to 400mg testosterone is NOT what you need at all.
It'll do the opposite of what you think it will.

My question would be more along what your goals are with this cycle.

Now I'm not on the expert level like some of the older more experienced guys here, but the first thing that jumps at me is your calories. They're a bit low in my opinion.
When I say low it's with regard to the cycle you're planning on doing. Super test is mainly taken when someone wants to grow, but your calorie intake is counter productive to that goal. I'm sure empire will give more insight on that and I do consider him an expert on it with valuable advice and input. I'm sure he'd agree that eating habit changes alone might even get you heading towards your desired goal before touching the cycle. Then once getting your diet in check you can get the full benefits of your planned cycle
