Good day everyone.I am new to the forum, but have been pirate reading for a while, and there is a lot of insightful information here.I am a 41-year-old male, 187cm and 153kg. I currently eat around 2000Kcal a day, resistant training 4-5 times a week. Starting weight in January was 177kg. I am measuring my daily Calorie intake and Macros (MyFitnessPal), Exercise Log and fitness (Strava) and Weight and Body Comp (In Body)Some background. For a big portion of my life, I have been struggling with my weight and have a very unhealthy relationship/addiction to food. I have round tripped 50kg of weight loss at least twice and 20kgs a couple of times. I am now making the final stand, to become healthy and get the most out of life. In my school days I was very athletic, plaid Craven week Rugby. I was always longer, bigger and stronger than my peers. I did some lifting in my varsity years, and I was able to put on a lot of muscle naturally in a relative short (total 6, tri 2.1, HDL 1.4, LDL 4.2), insulin resistant (fasted insulin 25.7) and tanked test levels (total test 2.8, SHBG 9.3, Free test 88). I was feeling shit all the time, low libido, no motivation, borderline depressed. At this time, I already decided something must change, and I joined a gym and started working out 4-5 times a week, mostly cardio for 3 , and administrated 200mg of Sustonan. He then said we must do a follow up test in three months. The following day I felt like superman, I was a total and complete new person, motivation through the roof, wife happy. After 2 weeks, I felt the old me returning, I then started my research and decided I am not going to wait 3 months for the doctor to confirm that I am hypogonadal and started myself of on 200mg of Sus once a week. After the 3 months, we then redid my bloodwork, my test levels improved to just within the normal range (Free test 6.9, SHBG 6.4 Free test 241). I told my Doctor what I did, and at first, I could see he was not happy, but after some consideration, he said nobody can tell me that I can’t feel like a man, and just said, you can up it a bit. I then switched to 350mg a week and bloodwork another 3 months later, my results was much better. Test total 23.3, Free test 844 and SHBG 7.8 (low). In this same bloodwork I also requested a Cholesterol test, and the lab only measured total cholesterol and not HDL and LDL, total came in at 3.7. It is worth mentioning that I also had fertility problems. We got to a doctor that took a chance and and my wife got pregnant with twins (now 7yo) via an invitro with my sperm (the couple they could find). Hence no more need for more , so I had 3 rules, +250g of protein a day, resistant training and +- 2000kcal a day. I then switched to Terzepitide in June, and currently busy transitioning to Retatrutide as my final GLP and running 7mg a week (combination of Terz and Reta). So here is where the stones are going to come out. I am currently 3 weeks into a 15-week cycle to see if I can build/retain more muscle while I keep losing fat and just look and feel better by December. The more muscle I have, the better my body will burn fat. I have dabbled with Anavar around July with my TRT, but I will call this my first proper cycle.I am currently on 500mg of UPA Sus (increased 150mg from my TRT dose) and 400mg of UPA Primo weekly, and 20mg of Northec Anavar on training days as a pre-workout. I will do bloodwork around the 7 week mark, and then again at the ,Day 1) Chest, TricepsDay 2) Back BicepsDay 3) Shoulder, ChestDay 4) Back, armsDay 5) Legs Were the exercise allowing for it I will try and take most of my sets to failure (I am not going to take a squat to failure), and will also try and push out some partials where its possible. Supplements I am using:5mg Creatine Mono per dayWhey proteinCod liver oilVira Vance multi vitaminAdditional 1000mg Vit CTBS of Collagen Then I am also on blood pressure meds as well as a water Pil. I am measuring my BP on a regular basis. After my entire pedigree above I do have 2 questions. 1) Seeing my body naturally made basically minimal test, is it worth going on PCT after my cycle, or can I just return to my TRT levels and go on with life?2) Can I get away with 350mg of Sus (My TRT dose) in this cycle? The only reason I uplifted it to 500mg this week was because of Primo’s ability to tank , and please feel free to comment on anything.
