No I dont think so ! Make sure your dental hygiene is good and make sure you have no plaqyue affecting and irritating the gum line , this alone can cause gum s to bleed , make sure your oral health is tip top. If still in doubt visit your oral hygienist, oh yeah also floss as often as possible!
I do ..i actually thought i was over cleaning.
but then went and had a look at my mouth wash and guess what it had expired so maybe that could be it.
