Im currently supersetting opposing muscle groups in afternnon and HIT cardio 15 mins in the mornings.when on cycle :
1.Do I stick with high intensity supersetting?
2. how many times a week must I train weights?
3.how many times a week must I work each muscle group?
4. how many times a week must I do HIT cardio?
please advise
It's not actually that easy to do a muscle building / fat burning cycle at the same time. Usually one would choose one or the other. Having said that, the cycle you have chosen will build lean muscle mass, the actual amount of muscle you will build, and the amount of fat you will lose will depend on a host of factors, not least of which, will be diet.
I believe you should do a mass building cycle with heavy calorie intake first, followed by a total cutting cycle where the sole emphasis will be on shredding body fat.
Be that as it may, the general rule is you keep training the way you normally do, you just
train harder on juice, because of course you are going to recover much faster.
I am not sure what program you are following at the moment, but make sure it is a good body split aimed at hypertrophy. Total body training 3 times a week is not ideal if you on gear so stay away from that IMO. Stick with a body part split program at least 4 days a week IMO. Maybe upper body / lower body split or a push/pull split.
Supersetting will be effective in the short term, but does tend to wear down the CNS after a while.
Go here and find a program that will suit you. There are tons to choose from.

I personally would not do cardio everyday like you are doing. Maybe 2 days a week for a longer duration, about 30 mins of HIT each.
Hope this helps.
Good luck.
