Huge pain from Sustanon 250 (Organon)

Hi All,

First post from me since joining up a while back.

I have a question regarding Sustanon 250 from Organon; Does it leave you with huge pain in the butt the following day and even more the next day?

I've been injecting 1ml Deca and 1.5ml NomaTest Combo, once a week for the last 5 weeks. Two days ago, for my last injection I switched to the same 1ml deca and then 2ml Suatanon 250 from Organon.

By yesterday afternoon there was a fair amount of pain in my left butt cheek and then last night and this morning it is excrutiating.

Two reasons, I know it was not the injection that caused the issue; one is that the injection felt perfect, no pain, no blood etc. It felt like normal. Second reason is that a friend of mine and I are on exactly the same cycle and he is experiencing exactly the same thing. We can barely walk, nevermind sit down.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

It can happen from allot of gear.. I have caused a near infection in my 1 side of my ass.. my girlfriend says that area is warmer and its hard so yes, thats an infection...

I think mine was actually caused from pinning myself and not realizing that I had pulled allot of the needle out and injected to close to the surface... make sure you getting that injection deep into the muscle...

in all honestly I wouldn't inject that same site for 3 weeks, I waited 2 weeks and wasn't enough and it got even worse.. I couldn't touch that area...

also make sure you injecting in a clean site, combining EQ into the same shot does sometimes help things out a bit.

3ml's at a time could be a bit much.
I was getting pains like that from injecting anything over 2ml's at a time.
Sust in general does hurt (there are some posts on the Forum about guys complaining about the same thing)

when i pin, i get a sting from the initial piercing through the skin, but further on it doesnt hurt... mayb i tiny pain the next day

wat ive realised that when dividing ur cheek into the quadrants you mustn't go too far outwards (when pinning).. i did that and got a spasm in my leg with the needle in :laugh:

Make sure you wipe the injection site with alchocol and the needle too. Also if you are injecting oil based gear make sure you massage the injection site right after so you prevent any form of clogging.

standing up straight rest the knee of the leg you about to inject on a bed or chair and it will relax the glute....

Pump what's the reason for the EQ easing the pain: is this from your personal experience or what-

Test Prop is hell for me no infections, perfect injections, pain used to go away in about a day or so but very interested in easing the pain if a bit of EQ will help??

The Sustanon 250 formulation is 10% benzyl alcohol,

Well not really sure as to why, but allot of people have said the same... maybe somebody has scientific reason as to why.....

hmmm, ive been feeling allot of pain from my new batch of PGW Test E.... I can't even sitdown at times, I have a feeling their is bacteria or something in this or something isn't clean, I doubt its the ammount of alchol used... I really feel something isn't right here..... and its nothing to do with the way I inject or anything to that effect..

the kind of pain you get from BA.

I had another vial of Testen which I'm now using that
is fine.

I wont lie, i am also getting a LITTLE worried about PGW, as i am having the same issues with their products. Never had ANY discomforts with Nomad etc.

it doesn't take much to cause an infection... the area around on my ass is HARD and warm... (infection) the other cheek the same thing.... its not the EQ that i'm taking as its the same vial I was using before I got the new Test E...

hmmmm.... normally I would never run a company down, but this is a wierd as its never happend to me... i'm actually going to stop taking their Test E untill I can get feedback from others...

well i dont know why u guys are feeling pain,i have never had pain from any products other than tren ace,then i mixed it up with my test prop and it was fine.... it might be the high dose BA....

hmm, i'm injecting 4mil into me... that isn't that MUCH... my mate injects 10mill into 1 cheek

naaa, he is a pro and uses allot of gear... he has one of those big 10 mill plunges, scared the crap out of me just looking at it....

This is quite worrisome:dry: , PGW is all I have been using the last couple years and never had 'n problem. Last cycle ended 2 wks ago and I also used the Testen during it. No problems at all.

There have been rumours going around of suppliers in a certain part of the country tampering with vials etc. Can't vouch for that, all I can say, make sure your supplier is a trusted and trustworthy guy. Unfortunately there are some questionable characters in this game, especially the juice trade.
Fortunately this is the only incident so far. Anybody else with similiar problems???? If its one or two isolated incidents then the problem is most probable not at the manufacturer.

Bioman I'm sorry to say this sort of thing has happened many times all over the country - I dont know what kind of cheap trash-can type dealer would do this as I'm sure doing this (decanter the real stuff and replace with who knows what??) would really fuck up any chances of repeat business - but the responsibility also falls on the buyer ,NEVER buy a product that has the seal broken or you can see has been tampered with (in cases like this if in doubt-dont!)People that do shit like this should be fucked up beyond recognition!

As far as the sustanon 250 pain is concerned ,sust has always been a painfull shot and 2ml's of it- even more painfull! I know a few 'seasoned' athletes who bitch and moan everytime they go back on sust (its been around for a long time and is an old formula that has not had the benefit of modern solvent technology)
I must say that the story about pain with PGW products (especially Test Enanthate)I have never heard before!Shit,the products been around for years with no problems and suddenly now there is pain-I dont think so!No need to bad-mouth a perfectly good product!

Had heavy pain from PGW Testen about two years ago but that was a problem with excess alcohol in the mix. I honestly couldn't sit for weeks on end. I still only use there products and never had a complaint besides that.

I'm sure its nothing to worry about except if you have an ass cheek amputated from it being heavily infected.

Champ if u in pain like that go see a doc... u dont want an infection and get ur ass cheek amputated like vega5 mentioned. Coz if it is an infection its best to get it sorted asap.

Hey nobody must get my wrong, i'm not bashing PGW.... i'm just saying it's a bit strange.... I allways recomend it to to _everyone_... thats why I asked for input here... I have moved to my shoulders to pin now to give my glutes a chance to recover... Close on 2 weeks and the 1 cheek is feeling allot better.. still a hard lump but its not extremly saw like it was.

Will keep updated as things go along.
