Also remeber if you want to use it to control bloat and if you are very gyno sensative i would start it at least 2 weeks before you start your cycle as it takes around 2 months to reach stable blood levels.

Hard one to answer a most state the half life is 2-4 days.. So you can theoretically take it every 3 day, but for stable levels I would say every other day...

What actually determines when something reaches stable blood levels?

You need to make sure your half life is never reached for you to find stable levels that much sooner. Once the half life is reached you still have some active life left of the drug but it’s not a stable level, so you need to make sure you constantly have the same amount of drug in you over a period of time.
That is why I find tapering off steroids not being a good idea, some say that if you taking X amount of gear a week lets work on say 500mg of Test and you double that, you shouldn't really worry as you have reached a stable level and this shouldn't really cause a problem. I find that statement false in my own trials, once again using BP medication as a test as I find maybe for a sec I have a change in BP levels but it’s not constant so it fluctuates up and down the whole time, yes it never goes above the reading I have had before the increase of the drug but it doesn’t stay constant.
If you read the insert on any medication it normally indicates how long this takes... I think if you want a technical answer to this you should ask Beesting or Inja

There won't be a problem if you take a compound when the half life is reached. Say a compound has a 4 hour half life, then you would take that compound every 4 hours. After 4 hours you will have half the amount of compound left in your system, it will still be as active as when you first took it but only half of its availability will be left. By taking the compound every 4 hours, you ensure that receptors are always fully saturated (if the dose is enough for them to be saturated) and the same will apply for enzymes responsible for metabolising the compound. Stability should be reached. The only time you would taper up is if the compound you take regulates receptor expression such as for the case of clen where clen will cause receptor down regulation so u taper up the dose to ensure all receptors remain saturated for whatever amount of timeDifferent drugs reach stable levels at different durations. I find most of my blood pressure medication reaches stable levels after around 2 weeks, how I determine this is by being able to notice a stable reading after lying in bed for 30 minutes and when I wake in the morning.

This will depend on what compound you are taking, the number of receptors available that the compound binds to, receptor regulation and enzymes involved in meatabolising the compound, and there are probably other factors too. With regards to the test example at 500mg a week, you only have so many receptors available to which the test can bind so yes doubling it will not change stability levels (with regards to the example given) as receptors will be fully saturated. The same will apply to enzymes that meatbolise various drugs, there is only a certain amount of enzyme x produced by the body for the compound y to complex with once again reaching saturation. When all enzymes and receptors are saturated, excess of compounds in the blood can't be metabolised or signal pathways at that given point in time, hence blood levels don't fluctuateThat is why I find tapering off steroids not being a good idea, some say that if you taking X amount of gear a week lets work on say 500mg of Test and you double that, you shouldn't really worry as you have reached a stable level and this shouldn't really cause a problem. If you decide to run estrogen protection while on cycle (and I suggest you do unless you are aware that you do not require it), you can run either a SERM or an AI. Letro will be the most powerful AI you can use, it will inhibit 98+% of estrogen using a dose as low as .25mg and even lower. This is why I suggest you do not use a dose higher than .50mg while on cycle just trying to prevent estrogen related side effects.
You will want to start running the letro approximately 2 weeks before you begin your cycle to allow it to fully stabilize in your blood. I have often heard the argument that letro takes up to 60 days to stabilize, I don’t know if I buy into this for the reason that I have reversed gyno after using letro for only 1 week. Still to be safe I recommend starting it before your cycle as stated above.
