Hallo are starting a new course they reccoment 5mg per day for 12weeks is it neccesary for Arimidex anyanyway heres the course im looking at

test anan 500mg per week one shot
equipose 400mg per week one shot
dianabol first 4 weeks 50g p/d
last 4 weeks anavar 25mg p/d

wanna pick up some size but not too mutch water
is this the one

It will suppress too much estrogen and hamper gains. Only take when you feel gyno onset, more a precautionary statement than a have to every day.

surely you mean 0.5mg / day @ 5mg / day its gonna break the bank & its way more than necessary.
get the A-dex anyway and have it on standby, in case of gyno. Only use it if you have too. It may also help keep the water retention down.

re. test en & Eq: I'd look to administer half the dose, but do it twice a week. it amounts to the same but with more stable blood levels (and more jabs)
The Dbol front load looks fine, but it will cause water gains, like only a lot.

Maybe front load with test prop for 2 or 3 weeks, if you want less water.
Watch out for the anavar from Nomad, I was dissapointed.

what do you mean with front load.

Prop is better from a water perspective.

Front load - When you use a fast acting compound in the front part of your cycle when long esters are used so you can see results soon and not have to wait for the long esters to kick in.

have some flab around the weist wanna build my chest and drop the weist
so need some lean mustle at the top is prop the way to go

I would go winny inj and test prop for 6 weeks. Nice lean gains and drop bf as well. Yohimbe is best for the fat around your waist.

You can cycle your clen and a yohimbe based product, 2 weeks on one (clen) and then 2 weeks on the other (yohimbe), would not use them together though.

Ur running pretty low test but cool I like the less is more aprouch. Id stick with winny Eod. Otherwise you will be doing 11 injecions in week one. thats a bit of a pain in the ass. :laugh:
