Sprinters cycle was created by spike
anyone know what sort of cycles/substances sprinters are using? A guy was asking me about this today, his race is the 400m... So we talking about something thats gonna increase strength and power without adding too much weight, and also improve endurance... Obviously need too avoid water retention or drying out of joints. Any ideas?
Equi for the RBC increase maybe, low test dose for strength and recovery?

Um, but im scared of needles...

equipoise,test prop,and oral turanabol,dont use nandrolones or trenbelones because u can get caught long after use,using clenbutrol and an eca stack will help...using growth hormone here will also help a pile.

EQ detection is also long.
Old fav, Winstrol. Remember Ben Johnson got caught at the O-games after he came in with a 9 sec?

EPO, anavar, test prop & GHRP-6 (if he's got the self-discipline to not succumb to the increased appetite) or any other suitable peptide hormone

DJ is right EQ would be your best bet. However detection times are long.. EPO is your other option. Also the EQ at the dose he needs you can just run it with Proviron, you won't need Test. The EQ would be more than sufficient for recovery. Put it this way, what do race horses use :)

Thanks guys. I'll mention the recommendations to him, but am a bit concerned about his knowledge of safe use... Do you think clen might give him the edge he's looking for without the need for pct etc?

Um, but im scared of needles...

Performance issues with clen also vary. Some studies show reduced exercise (cardiovascular) performance with clen (9), while some show that clen can alleviate exercise induced asthma (10)!Clearly, this compound will have different effects on different people, and I suspect that a lot of it is sports specific. Many bodybuilders claim that clen makes it difficult for them to do cardio, yet I can play a full game of rugby on it. You need to figure out how it affects you, and tailor your dose personally.

I went through 2 racing seasons now while one cycle and my experience is that it effects you negatively while in racing season. Here im referring to your test and test derivatives. It screwed my cardio up completely and i could not stay with the pack.

My opinion is the following: In your strength training phase use test prop. It will help you gain strength, muscle and help with recovery. During racing season use growth hormone and EPO if you have a doctor to monitor you or if you have massive balls of steal. For the actual race use amphetamine. Once you did a race with that no race would be the same again. Get pharm grade amphetamine. It looks like bread crumbs and not to difficult to come by.

Im also not sold on clen as actually aiding you in a race. Maybe in a 400m race it might help to open airways and the race is only about 46 seconds. For me it had a negative effect because of the raise in core temp i waisted allot of energy over 3 or 4hrs of racing and it tired me out bad.

Winstrol is also a great option in actual racing season. It is well known to help with short explosive events like sprinting. Play with the dose and use it strategically over a 5 to 6 week period in your prime racing time.
